How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, follow these steps to reset it safely.

    Access the Login Page

    Go to the Range Mate login page for your club. This is available from your club but usually will be http://<club initials>.range-mate.co.uk.

    For example, if your club is "Example Rifle & Pistol Club", the URL might be http://erpc.range-mate.co.uk

    Click Reset Password

    On the login page, click the "Reset your password" link below the sign in button.

    Click on Reset your password below the login form
    You can also find this link under "Struggling to sign in?" at the bottom of the page

    Enter Your Email

    Enter the email address associated with your Range Mate account.

    Enter your email address and click the blue button to request password reset instructions
    Make sure to use the email address you registered with.

    Check Your Email

    Check your email inbox for a password reset link. This will usually arrive within a few minutes.

    The reset link will expire after 24 hours for security reasons.

    Set New Password

    Click the link in your email and follow the instructions to set a new password.

    Choose a strong password that you haven't used before. Include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
